ABOUT

I’m a luxury bridal makeup artist specialising in timeless, elegant soft-glam looks designed to enhance your natural beauty. As a proud Junebug Vendor, I work with couples who value artistry, individuality, and a refined bridal experience.

I am Beauty Guild Accredited, with professional experience including London Fashion Week, luxury beauty brands such as Charlotte Tilbury and Trinny London, and advanced training with industry artist Alex Niven, my work is rooted in refined technique, beautiful skin, and timeless, elegant makeup.

MY SIGNATURE STYLE

Every detail is carefully considered to enhance your natural beauty, creating an effortless, understated look.

BROWS

I love a softly defined brow. While I think extreme laminated brows look great on the right person, I personally think your wedding makeup should look timeless and, rather than following brow trends (which seem to be ever-changing!), I like to softly style with brow gel & define them with brow pencil if you have sparser brows.

SKIN

I love glowy medium-coverage which matches the shade on your chest/neck (so if you have had a fake tan on your body, I will match the shade on your body).

If you have multiple different tones across your face, I might use two different shades in different placements.

I will also use a blush shade that’s flattering to your skintone and add dimension by using bronzer/contour to snatch your face and your nose (because who doesn’t want to look snatched on their wedding day?)

EYES

My bridal eye makeup looks are lash-focused and I like to keep any eyeshadow looks fairly simple with a lot of neutrals or soft colours (but I do love a bit of shimmer if you do too!).

I prefer using a soft, smokey gel liner for wedding days than any dark black, strong winged liners (but if you like that then we can do that).

I focus on enhancing your natural eye shape using makeup. If you have hooded eyes/monolids, I will check in with you to see if you would prefer to use eyeliner to define your eyes (rather than eyeshadow) as sometimes this can look better than trying to fake a crease/using a gradient eyeshadow look all the way to the brow.

I will always choose a lash placement that’s suited to your eye shape.

LIPS

I will choose lip products that flatter your skintone and features. Obviously, the classic bridal lip colour is a pinky nude (think Sophia Richie/Kate Middleton’s wedding makeup looks).

If you prefer emphasising your lips rather than your eyes, we can definitely do something that’s more in the rosebud-pink family (think Amal Clooney’s/Priyanka Chopra’s wedding makeup looks). This look works really well if you have darker features.

If you really want to make a statement, we can do a bold red lip (don’t listen to anyone who says you can’t wear a red lip on your wedding day!).

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

When I was 16, I was participating in a teen beauty pageant and the makeup artist had shade-matched me five shades darker than my skintone (I think she only had one shade for medium-deeper skintones in her kit!). That’s probably the villain-origin story that led to me to want to make sure that women of all races and ethnicities felt beautiful through makeup.

At the time, it was 2012 and brands weren’t as inclusive as they are now. Fenty Beauty (thank you Rihanna!) were trailblazers in 2017 by introducing a range of 50+ foundation shades, and thankfully other brands started to follow. So, by the time it came to my wedding, I (thankfully) had a lot more options, and both of my makeup artists for my Indian wedding and UK wedding did such an amazing job.

PERSONALISED APPROACH

It’s not just about skintone; it’s about undertones and overtones too. I make sure every single makeup item I select, whether that be your bronzer, your blush or your lip colour, is flattering to your skintone, undertones and overtones.

My makeup artistry is research-backed, using the best makeup techniques (an understanding of the colour wheel and colour correction techniques) and the best makeup products for different skintones, undertones and overtones.

As well as being inclusive to all skintones, I consider myself to be inclusive to all genders, sexualities, identities, disabilities and beyond, because I believe makeup should be accessible to all.
